Singer/songwriter Kevin Ray is one of New York City's busiest and most celebrated new composers. Kevin's work has been seen and heard in theatres, federal courtrooms, on film and TV and across the world. Kevin's unique style of piano based pop rock derives from growing up on artists like Elton John, Stevie Wonder, Bruce Springsteen, Elvis Costello, Joni Mitchell and Billy Joel, mixed with elements of theatre, jazz and soul music. Prolific as he is poetic, Kevin's music runs the gamet from intensely emotional to humorous to political. His latest record, Speak Now, is an acoustic album featuring 18 original songs, including "God Save New Orleans."

Not one to settle into one genre, Kevin's critically acclaimed Seasoned Greetings was a 12-song holiday treat, featuring many of New York's most talented and up and coming singers. Kevin's music has also been featured on the large and small screen- for MTV's "Made," as well as the independent film Zerophilia. This winter, his newest jazz musical,The Last Word, made it's staged reading debut at the Laurie Beechman Theatre, featuring the best of Broadway.
